Shipping Policy

We ship from Toronto to all provinces and territories across Canada, excluding Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

Processing & Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary by region, and remote areas may experience longer transit times.

Shipping Rates
Orders of $69 CAD or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below this threshold will be charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout.

Large or Oversized Items
Large or overweight items (such as camping tent) may require additional processing time and may incur extra shipping charges. If additional shipping costs apply to your order, we will notify you by email before proceeding.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped, so you can follow your package's progress.
